will be based at the Seaburn Centre, Whitburn Road, Seaburn,
Sunderland, SR6 8AA (located on the sea front next to Morrisons
supermarket). You can get personalised directions to Seaburn using the directions service at www.multimap.com,
your postcode and the postcode SR6 8AA for the destination. Basically,
though, if you end up on the coast south of the Tyne and north of the
Wear you will find it eventually!
