These are the COSASC club membership form and standing order form that you will need if you want to take advantage of the £25 rate for access to all of the squad swimming sessions. Once completed, you need to give them to the COSASC membership secretary or treasurer along with the COSASC membership payment. The links are to MS word files of around 300Kb and 30 KB respectively.
